The following resolution was adopted by the GLOBE Board of Directors on February 6, 2002. Please use this guideline for the distribution of e-mails:

The only e-mail subject matter circulated to the GLOBE membership-at-large will pertain to Verizon, GLOBE of Verizon, other Verizon ERGs, or those organizations supported by either the Company or GLOBE. No content inappropriate to Verizon company e-mail guidelines will be circulated, including political announcements or endorsements.

The Verizon Code of Business Conduct and the Verizon Guidelines for Employee Resource Groups are the standards for our policy. To ensure compliance, please review these documents or contact a GLOBE director or officer.
